Charlie Brown is a medium-sized movie-star-handsome fellow with a sweet heart.
He is a runway model, he is straight from the pages of GQ magazine.
Charlie is dashing, elegant, and magnetic. His features are stunning, his jaw is chiseled, his gaze is smouldering.
But a cool thing about handsome Charlie is that he’s also a really nice guy.
He’s sweet, and curls up really cutely after a play or a run. He likes to hold onto his stuffed babies, use them as a pillow, give me a million photo opps.
Charlie is also a smart (I’m telling you; the whole package) and is great at learning. Has a bunch of commands like sit, touch, down, (sometimes) come, and he’ll take your hand anytime you ask.
Charlie is living harmoniously with 4 dogs (yes, that’s too many dogs) and is loving life. He likes a pack. It’s not imperative, but he really wouldn’t mind having a sibling. He’s been very playful with playful dogs.
He likes an intentional intro. Walking parallel is a really great meeting for him so he can cool his excited jets and meet a dog calmly. Face to face is sometimes a little too exciting for him. He has done well at daycare, but also needs to be the first guy there. Walking into a room of dogs is a lot for him in his adolescence, but with practice and a bit more age under his belt, he’ll probably be a social butterfly type. But he’ll have to keep up his practice so his excitement stays grounded.
Charlie is kind of sporty and is a mover and also a shaker, but is also a chill guy.
He sleeps or rests perfectly in his kennel, gets up and stretches his long limbs and then heads outside to do his rounds. That means smelling every corner and bouncing around happily. His rounds could happen many times a day. He’d love to do all the rounds of your yard for you.
He loves walks, loves sniffs, loves to run his heart out. He’d love a family who likes to do long walks or hikes. Alternatively, please throw his ball twenty times and he will fall asleep with a giant smile.
In his past, we think kids might have been a bit scary for Charlie. He looks at the little ones wide-eyed, and nips at their clothes if they get too close. For now, we’d say older kids would be the best for this gentleman until he realizes that kids are not puppies to badger.
He has been slightly cautious with new people, but falls for them quickly once he knows they are nice. Just give him some time to come to you and he will. He’s building confidence in this big old crazy world, and frankly, he’s in love with this life.
Charlie is about 48 pounds and does not seem to be growing anymore. He’s around 11 months old, we think. He is a perfect small big dog or big small dog. You can pick him up, but he can also keep up with the big dawgs. How perfect is that?
Charlie seems to be a Rottie mix with some smaller breed- maybe Jack Russell given his lean lines, and sharp features. He might also have some shepherd. Whatever strange and beautiful combination of dogs created this gentleman, we thank all the stars in the sky that he was born. He’s ready to live his best life.
