A healthy puppy costs the rescue about $650 in vetting and food.

Heartworm disease, which is rampant in some of the communities our dogs come from, costs over $2000 per dog. 

It is lethal if left untreated.

Pee pads, collars, leashes, fuel for driving the dogs around to vet visits, and meet & greets $400/month

In addition to the day-to-day costs, we also run spay and neuter clinics when we are able, treat a lot of sick dogs, and supply food to dogs in need.
